必要事があるんだ
ありのままの自分が
わからないのは
わからない今が
ありのままで生きているの
深淵を覗く時
深淵もまたこちらを覗いてる

自分が好きなモノを
見つけてみるんだ❗
ありのままの自分とは
自分を知らないと
見つからないんだ
何が好きなのか
何をしてると集中するのか
何をされたら怒るのか
悲しいのか苦しいのか
辛いのか楽しいのか
自分を観察するんだ
コレなかなかしてないの
だって
動画を見たり
音楽を聞いたり
他人に気を使ったり
しているからね
自分がわからないとね
動画を見ても

ストレスは解消されない
ただ気持ちが収まるだけ

多く人は気が付かず
